Road Repair for Ellicott NWR
This opportunity is only available to contractors currently holding an Alteration/Repair IDIQ with the USFWS. The USFWS has a requirement to Repair the Entry Road for Ellicott National Wildlife Refuge, Watsonville, CA. Award will be based on Best Value. Interested contractors must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management, www.sam.gov) and complete Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at www.bpn.gov. This will be a Firm Fixed Priced Contract. The project magnitude is between $25,000 and $150,000. The work will commence within 15 days of Notice to Proceed and be completed by May 15, 2015.
