Road Planning Study
The Consultant will develop a plan and cost estimates for improvements including three conceptual designs that include two lanes of traffic and a bike lane, utilizing drainage ditches and culverts with a bike lane; two lanes of traffic with a center turn lane and a bike lane, again utilizing drainage ditches and culverts; and two lanes of traffic with a center turn lane, a bike lane, and curb and gutter with sidewalk. The third conceptual plan will also include a pedestrian culvert/underpass to be located where the drainage intersects with the road. The drainage meets the road directly behind the northwest corner of the big box discount store. The cost estimates for the three conceptual plans should include the proposed roadway, associated right of way, legal, and engineering cost analyses.
