Road Decommissioning (2014-2019), Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC)
Three issues were raised during the Pre-Proposal Conference:
1. Will the Forest Service or the Contractor refresh staking? Currently the solicitation states the Forest Service will refresh staking. The task order states the Contractor will refresh staking;
2. The drawing for outsloping does not show the 3 ft. seback for the placement of fill material on the roadway;
3. The hydrological MOU between the Forest Service and the State of Washington will be incorporated by reference. The MOU provides erosion control requirements and construction periods near liive streams by watershed.
An amendment addressing the points above will be issued after receipt of proposals.
Proposal due date remains 4:40 p.m., Friday, June 27, 2014.
