Road Corridor Study
The scope of this project is for the City to contract with qualified firms and Individuals for planning and engineering to develop traffic improvement concepts and create aesthetic enhancement recommendations in the area. The scope includes a land use and economic analysis of the interchange quadrants and identifying potential redevelopment scenarios. The study will identify long-term improvements for the interchange and the adjacent intersections that will improve through-traffic movement and provide better access to existing land uses, as well as account for future redevelopment in the interchange quadrants.
