The work includes earthwork; replacement, extension and/or installation of concrete box culverts, pipe culverts, and associated inlets, outlets and channel work (excavation, armoring); constructing a closed roadway pavement drainage system; furnishing and placing aggregate base and asphaltic concrete; constructing concrete curb, sidewalk, and public-use trail; noise and retaining walls; pavement markings; traffic signals; installing landscaping and irrigation; installation of artwork; and related incidental work.
