Road 5823 & 5824-117 Culvert Repairs
The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services and facilities (except as otherwise specified), to perform the Statement of Work/Specifications. Work includes removing culverts, installing new culvert, installing a rolling dip, erosion control and pollution prevention, riprap placement, pit run placement, excavation and embankment, and aggregate placement. This project is located on the Middle Fork Ranger District of the Willamette National Forest, Lane County. The Government's estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. A payment bond (100 percent) will be required after award. Contract performance time is 30 calendar days. Estimated start work date is August 1, 2014 (or as soon as possible after this date). This procurement requires the use of biobased products to the extent that such products are reasonably available, meet agency or relevant industry performance standards, and are reasonably priced.
