The USDA Forest Service, Lake States Acquisition Team, announces an opportunity for Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for road and general construction/repair projects on the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest. This work may consist of road reconditioning, road blading, excavating, dozer maintenance on roads, hauling, aggregate and borrow placement, clearing roadsides and/or trails, constructing trails, fence disposal, miscellaneous road and parking lot construction or repair, concrete and asphalt patching and or paving, road crack sealing, demolition/construction of small non-residential buildings, sign construction, guardrail construction, general excavation and other miscellaneous work. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is primarily 237310. The Small Business Administration size standard is $36.5 million. Contractors are required to be actively registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov in order to be considered for award. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis, the pending solicitation or any follow up information requests. The solicitation will be posted to the FedBizOpps website at www.fbo.gov on or about March 13, 2017. No hard copies of the solicitation, supporting documents and applicable amendments, if any, will be provided. To receive the entire solicitation package and any applicable amendments, prospective offerors must download them from the FedBizOpps website. The contractor shall provide all management and project administration services, quality control, logistical support, vehicles, labor, equipment and materials to complete the work described in the solicitation.
