The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Milwaukee (RACM) is seeking proposals for the purchase of the lot at 821-33 East Locust Street that is currently used as a community park and seasonal farmers market. We are looking for a project that contributes to the Riverwest commercial district and residential community.
