Riverfront Engineering, architectural and design services
The City is seeking sealed proposals from experienced and professionally qualified design team in response to this RFP to establish a multiphase contract for the procurement of professional engineering, architectural, and landscape design services for the implementation of Priority 1 projects of the Richmond Riverfront Plan.
Implementation will begin with two (2) Priority 1 projects: the Brown's Island Dam Walk and Chapel Island Access Trail and River Terraces. These will be followed by additional Priority 1 projects as implementation funding becomes available. The selected Offeror will also create a catalog of standard design details for the Riverfront and a maintenance plan for each Priority 1 improvement executed under this contract.
