Riverfront Development RFQ
The Port Neches Riverfront Development Authority has released a request for qualifications soliciting developers experienced in commercial, mixed-use, waterfront and/or marina development. The PNRDA hopes to find a developer who can serve as the master developer partner for the development of 85 city-owned acres fronting the Neches River. The completed proposals are due no later than Wednesday, September 24, 2008 at 4:00 pm Central.
