Risk Parity Discretionary Manager
Permanent School Fund (TPSF) seeks to solicit proposals from risk parity managers (Manager) to actively manage a risk balanced strategy. The plan is interested in risk based allocation strategies that tend to be liquid and uncorrelated to equity markets. In particular, the plan is interested in firms with demonstrated experience managing a broadly risk-diversified portfolio.
