requires the services of a well-qualified contractor to provide assistance of a consultant with proven experience in risk assessment and a strong understanding of data evaluation, exposure assessment, toxicity assessment, risk characterization, and use of the ecological risk assessment methodology. The objective is to secure the necessary technical expertise and support required to assist the Department’s staff in the assessment of exposure and risk.
