The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select a contractor that will provide a risk analysis study to identify threats to the Energy Commission facility and its operations. The risk analysis will identify and rank the most likely threats to the Energy Commission, analyze the related vulnerabilities of the organization to these threats, and develop likely scenarios that could result in the activation of the Energy Commissions Continuity of Operations plan.
