This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is VA250-17-Q-0595 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The associated NAICS code is 334510 Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing and small business size standard is 1,250 employees. The requirement is for Karl Storz Rigid Endoscopies for use at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center. Delivery location is the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center, 10701 East Blvd, Cleveland, OH 44106 and to be delivered as FOB Destination.
