Right-of-Way Management Plan
Under the City’s guidance, the consultant will prepare a ROW Management Plan, which will set forth the requirements for securing permits for encroachments within the City’s ROW and/or public utility easements. The City desires to have the final ROW Management Plan finalized by June 30, 2011.
