Right-of-Way Appraisal Services
On-Call appraisal services for acquisition of full or partial take parcels, easements, temporary construction easements, leased and licensed properties and disposition of surplus property in connection with highway and transit projects. Contracts will be awarded to multiple firms, with specific work assignments authorized by Contract Task Orders (CTOs) of varying duration and price. The duration of the base contract will be an initial three (3) years, with up to two (2) option years.
