Right of Way Valuation Services
The State is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) seeking qualified teams for Right of Way (ROW) valuation services including appraisal, resulting reports, cost to cure, septic analysis, signs, and trade fixtures. This RFP seeks to obtain technical and cost proposals from such qualified teams.
