Richmond Transit Village: Nevin Westside Pedestrian and Bicycle Linkages
The construction of streetscape improvements on Nevin Avenue between Harbour Way and Marina Way. Said work is inclusive of but not limited to, pedestrian count-down signal improvements, wider sidewalks, path-of-travel and accessibility improvements, access ramps, new pedestrian scaled lighting, new and improved crosswalks, traffic calming measures and bicycle lane additions/improvements. Additionally work shall include traffic striping and pavement markings, directional signage, new landscaping throughout the project area and all othe work, items or details not mentioned above that are required by the Drawings, Standard Specifications, or these Special Provisions.
