Synopsis:
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) State Office in Stillwater, OK will solicit for Rhoads Wetland Reserve Program Restoration in Osage County, Oklahoma under AG-7335-S-15-0001 on approximately December 8, 2014. The work will consist of construction/enhancement of wetlands including installing a field fence, site clearing, debris removal, excavating a pit pond, excavating an existing dike, existing ditch, existing fencerow, excavating swale, construction of two wetland embankments, installing an access road, installing two water structures, fertilizing and planting vegetation on earthfill material, and placing hay mulch. The magnitude of the project is $25,000.00 to $100,000.00. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS is $36.5mil. The Product Service Code is Y1QA. The solicitation will be a Total Small Business set-aside. Site visits will be publicized in the solicitation package.
