Revitalization Plan
The intent is to facilitate investment in a central city neighborhood in which the “creative class” can live and work in an urban, edgy setting near to the Downtown, its amenities and other nearby, revitalized neighborhoods and business districts. The deliverable is a consensus-based physical plan with design guidelines and zoning recommendations, responding to real estate market realities and targeting investment related to the “creative class”.
