The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA), as a Section 8 Contract Administrator (CA), is requesting written proposals from State Certified General Appraisers interested in reviewing Rent Comparability Studies (RCS). The studies are prepared in compliance with HUD Notices H 00-12 and H 02-10 and Chapter 9 of the Section 8 Renewal Guide. We are seeking bid proposals for the services outlined in the Request for Proposals (RFP).
