The University is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals for selection of one or more responsive and responsible individuals or firms who are knowledgeable, experienced, and proficient in the practice of reviewing and making recommendations pertaining to performance appraisal, performance management and performance measurement, specifically as they pertain to an institution of higher education.
