Review & Plan for Branch Library Services

The purpose of this request for proposal is to hire a professional consultant to assistant the staff and Board of Trustees of the Library in evaluating our three(3) branch libraries and to develop a plan for the future of branch services. As a result of this project, the Library will be able to successfully chart a future course for the branches and incorporate this into a strategic plan for the Library system for 2012-2015.
