Revenue Enhancement and Financial Assessment
The Department is seeking a Contractor(s) that can identify opportunities for all possible revenues from whatever sources available to the Department. Revenue may include recoveries of monies owed the Department by providers, recipients, recipient estates, third party insurers and other areas. The Department has revenue recovery systems currently in place, but is seeking to identify and implement new additional areas where recovery, cost avoidance, cost containment and revised business practices may provide savings or additional revenues to the State. This will allow the Department to spend the recovered funds to better serve the needs of the North Carolina citizenry, for whom it has the responsibility for serving statutorily.
