Furnish design and construction services for "Retrofit Exterior Area Luminaries" Project 626A4-10-406 at the Alvin C. York VA Medical Center, 3400 Lebanon Pike, Murfreesboro, TN 37129. Work includes retrofitting of exterior luminaries with LED type luminaries. The NAICS code assigned to this construction project is 238210 with a small business size standard of $14.0 million. The estimated cost range for this project is between $250,000 to 500,000. A 20% bid bond shall be submitted with the offer. Performance and payments bonds are required within 10 days after contract award. This procurement is 100% set aside to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business contractors pursuant to 38 U.S.C. 8127(d).
