Retro-commissioning of Building Automation Systems
The College invites proposals (Proposal(s)) from qualified companies (Company) to retro-commission existing building automation systems. This project receives federal American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds and must comply with all the requirements of this Act including but not limited to the Buy America Act, the Davis Bacon Act and federal and state regulations concerning minority and women owned business enterprises.
