Project Description
In an effort to measure and verify the success of implemented programs and target future energy efficiency projects, the Department has identified six Centers to be used in a retro-commissioning pilot project. This pilot project will include the retro-commissioning of the following Department facilities.
The Owner is committed to commissioning these existing facilities to not only improve and optimize how equipment and systems operate independently but to also ensure the systems are functioning properly and optimally as they work together and that the facility staff has adequate system documentation and training.
It is anticipated the delivery method for implementation of certain repairs associated with the project will be design-bid-build.
