Retro‐Commissioning Services
Building retro‐commissioning services will be divided into phases. Phase 1 will be a preliminary study to identify potential energy‐saving opportunities and review owner provided data to determine if a facility is a strong candidate for retro‐commissioning. In Phase 2, the actual retro‐commissioning of the facility will be completed. As such, this RFP is requesting a firm or partnership of firms that can provide both phases of a typical retrocommissioning effort.
