The Vermont Office of the State Treasurer (State) is seeking to obtain proposals from combined third party administrators/record keepers and mutual funds investments providers for the VERMONT STATE TEACHERS' RETIREMENT SYSTEM Statewide 403(b) Investment Program (the Program). The Program is newly created and is to be introduced to Vermont school districts in the fall of 2008 with initial enrollments to commence effective January 1, 2009. Respondents may offer either proprietary or non-proprietary mutual fund investment options plus recordkeeping and administration as part of a service platform. School districts will continue to operate their respective 403(b) plans in conjunction with this 403(b) investment program.
