Retirement Plan Administrator Services
Citizens is seeking proposals from qualified Retirement Plan Administrators (Vendors) to provide administration, record keeping, education, enrollment, and investment management services (Services) for the following Citizens' retirement plans (Plans):
401(a) Defined Contribution Plan. As of August 6, 2015, this Plan had 1,419 participants and $32,668,474 in assets. This is a non-ERISA plan.
457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan. As of August 6, 2015, this Plan had 1,402 participants and $33,798,943 in assets. This is a non-ERISA plan.
401(k) Defined Contribution Plan. As of August 6, 2015, this Plan had 29 participants and $598,243 in assets. This is a non-ERISA plan. The Plan has been frozen and no additional contributions are being made.
