Retaining Walls
The Town is accepting bids from contractors to erect two “Redi-Rock” retaining walls on Perkins Hill Road (Town Highway #47). Contractors shall furnish all labor, material, and equipment necessary to erect both walls as shown on two plan sheets. SITE VISIT: A site visit will be held at 8:00 AM on Tuesday, August 17, 2010. Attendance at the site visit is not mandatory. The Chosen Contractor will work under the general direction of the Public Works Supervisor. Invoicing shall be for work satisfactorily completed as determined by the Public Works Supervisor to be paid as one lump sum. Work shall be substantially completed before Friday, October 22, 2010.
