Retail Sales Opportunity - SunPass Transponders

The State of Florida Department of Transportation (hereinafter referred to as the
“Department”) is soliciting written proposal from qualified proposers to establish a term
contract for the purchase and resell at retail the Department’s SunPass® Transponders
at Proposer’s stores all operating under the same name.
For the purpose of this document, the term "proposer" means the proposer acting on
their own behalf and those individuals, partnerships, firms, or corporations comprising
the proposer team. The term "proposal package" means the complete response of the
proposer to the Request for Informal Proposal (RFIP), including properly completed
forms and supporting documentation. After the award, said proposer will be referred
to as the "Retailer".
