The City of Cudahy is seeking professional services to conduct the required analysis related to development of a retail market analysis and implementation plan for the City. The DED and private property owners in the area have undertaken a significant effort to revitalize the area. The effort has attracted some new private investment interest; however, there is a need to understand what the residents of the City are spending their disposable income on to build upon the current momentum.
