Project #652-19-111 Resurface Catwalk Railing Surfaces and Benches
The Department of Veterans Affairs, 1201 Broad Rock Blvd, Richmond, VA has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, material, supplies, equipment, transportation, permits, license and qualified supervision for Project 652-19-111, to Resurface Catwalk Railing Surfaces at the Hunter Holmes Mcguire VA Medical Center, Richmond, VA.
The Contractors work shall include, but not be limited to:
Fabrication and installation of railing caps with bench removal and replacement.
Measure, order, and install railing over caps along catwalk of the second floor.
Demolish old benches and back boards in 3 seating areas replacing with materials that meet expectations.
Provide all materials for the installation of over caps and benches.
Estimated construction magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000.
NAICS CODE: 238350 Size Standard: $15.0 Million
This solicitation is anticipated to be a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. Solicitation material will be available on/about May 3, 2019. Any specifications, drawings and amendments will be posted on this web site. Proposals will be due approximately 30 days after issuance of the solicitation. Location and points of contact for site visits will be identified in the solicitation.
