Restucco Unit building at the Correctional Facility.
All surfaces shall be powerwashed.
Existing stucco shall be removed if deteriorated and new wire mesh
mechanically installed for suitable base. Surfaces shall then be replastered with Thoroseal plaster and finished with DryVit finish or equal. To Replace 3600 Sq.ft. of stucco.



Rust and cracks shall be repaired.
All surfaces shall have 2 applications of Thorocoat or equal.
