Restrooms Remodel
Restrooms Remodel scope will cover approximately 2,150 SF of existing restroom space located on levels one through eleven. The restrooms remodel will require demo and renovation work as detailed in Contract Documents. Any and all demo work required is responsibility of Contractor. Any and all make safe for mechanical, electrical and plumbing will be responsibility of Contractor. The restrooms remodel will require new construction including, but not limited to, drywall, finishes, accessories, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fixtures, flooring, as shown on the Contract Documents. Contractor to furnish all of the labor, the materials, the tools, the equipment, the services and the supervision required to complete the remodel scopes of work per the Contract Documents
