Restroom Replacement Project
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The three multi-story buildings within the John H. Winters complex are fully occupied by various State Agencies. The Restroom Replacement Project shall be phased for construction to minimize the disturbance to personnel and guests occupying the buildings. The scope of work for these buildings shall comprise of the complete demolition and subsequent renovation of all restrooms in the complex to provide compliance with the Texas Accessibility Standards and Americans with Disability Act requirements, and complete restroom renovation of fixtures, lighting, ventilation and finishes. The East Tower contains twelve (12) restrooms, the West Tower twelve (12) restrooms and the South Tower ten (10) restrooms.
