Restroom Renovations
This project will be a complete interior renovation of six existing jury rooms in the courthouse. Each jury room will be up fitted with two new toilet rooms of which one will be ADA compliant. The existing toilet rooms will be completely demolished from floor to ceiling leaving a clean area for the new toilet rooms. The jury room toilets will be completely updated with new walls, ceilings, fixtures, accessories, lightings, and finishes. The adjacent jury rooms will be renovated to a lesser extent adding additional sound control, insulation, millwork, and some finishes. The project is to be completed in four separate phases to minimize the disruption of the current building services.
