The City is requesting submittals from Design Build Teams (D-B Teams) interested in
the renovation project of the restroom building. The existing restroom will be converted from a self composting restroom to a sanitary sewer/conventional flush type toilet system. The project includes, but is not limited to, designing, furnishing and installing new systems, equipment, concrete and finishes and includes removal of the existing equipment and systems.
