Restoration of Park
Restoration of over 25 acres of park-owned property. Installation & maintenance of temp erosion & sedimentation controls, demo & removal of all hard surfaces, including building footings & slabs, sidewalks & gutters, & asphalt road surfaces. Removal of remaining utilities, reconfiguraton of small portion of the drainage system on the West end of project, grade site per spec., install irrigation sys, prepare soil for planting, install specified plants, & mulch site as required in plans & specs.
