Restoration Services
The Authority is seeking a California State Licensed restoration company to provide as-needed emergency restoration services, specifically water intrusion mitigation, for the LACMTA Gateway Headquarters building. The headquarters building is a 27-story, 900,000-square-foot office tower in downtown Los Angeles at Union Station. The Contractor will be required to provide water intrusion mitigation services that might include: 1. Mildew/Mold remediation including dry wall removal and disposal 2. Water Damage 3. Fire and Smoke damage 4. Biohazard clean-up 5. Cleaning and drying 6. Pack-out
