Restoration Of Historic Streetcar Services

The selected firm must demonstrate successful examples of streetcar experience including the individual role and responsibility related to the streetcar effort. The selected firm shall support and document the completion of an Alternative Analysis (AA) and complete a draft environmental report/study under federal and state law for the Restoration of Historic Streetcar Services.
