Restaurant/Snack Bar/Deli Operation
Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals and/or firms, herein referred to as to operate a
restaurant/snack bar/deli. The contractor shall furnish and supply the below listed item(s) in accordance with the terms, conditions and provisions set forth herein. The restaurant/snack bar/Deli shall sell at a minimum such items as sandwiches, light lunches, soft drinks and other beverages, candy, and miscellaneous items ordinarily sold in a restaurant/snack bar/deli.
