Restaurant
The University is seeking proposals from nationally branded and recognized Sushi and Asian
Cuisine Restaurant companies to operate a Sushi and Asian Cuisine Restaurant. The
Sushi and Asian Cuisine outlet will be a new restaurant concept inside the redesigned
Dining facility. The Dining
Facility redesign will replace the aging mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
and replace the outdated serving stations with a new state of the art, multi-station food
court incorporating best practices in just-in-time, exhibition style food preparation.
The anticipated start date for the Sushi and Asian Cuisine restaurant will be September
13th, 2010.
