The Arizona Department of Transportation (hereinafter referred to as the Department) is seeking proposals for engineering services for the Rest Area Rehabilitation Project. The Department is seeking a qualified consulting engineer with expertise, experience, and ability to conduct an evaluation of existing water, wastewater and structural repairs.
