The Contractor shall perform all work and furnish all supplies and materials, machinery, equipment, facilities, and means, necessary to complete all the work.
Contractor shall provide all necessary mowing and snow removal equipment, cleaning and consumable supplies and minor building maintenance required maintaining the rest area shown on the maps distributed at the pre-proposal meeting.
