Response to Oil & Hazardous Substance Spills
The State is soliciting detailed proposals for response/emergency response, to mitigate, contain, control, cleanup, remove and dispose of oil and hazardous substance releases. Substances include crude oil, products refined from crude oil, hazardous substances and materials, unknown and uncharacterized substances, and contaminated debris, soil and related waste.
