Respite Care Program
The Department is to select at least three community-based organizations to expand the availability of respite services in their regions for caregivers caring for individuals of any age with any chronic health condition(s) and/or any disability. The selected entities will be a key component of the states newly established Respite Care Program and will have the responsibility for assisting caregivers who are not eligible for respite services through other programs.
