Resolution Copper Land Exchange Preliminary Appraisal
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set aside 100% to small businesses under NAICS 531320 Offices of Real Estate Appraisers. The small business size standard is 7.5 million.
The Forest Service Southwestern Region intends to award a firm fixed price contract for Appraisal Services. All offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov . Offerors that are not registered in SAM may be considered non-responsive and will not be considered in the evaluation.
