Residual Removal & Disposal from Lagoons at the Water Treatment Plant
The Work under this Contract consists of removing accumulated sludge from the WTP. The Contractor shall remove all lime sludge material from down to the original earthen pond bottom and side slopes. Work shall include restoration of disturbed banks and slopes by re-grading, compaction, and re-seeding of the berm slopes and banks.
